Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2025

We want you to love what you ride. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

To be eligible:

  • Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.


2. Non-returnable Items

  • Bicycles and accessories once assembled or used

  • Custom orders or special imports

  • Items returned without proper packaging or signs of usage


3. Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide order ID, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

  • If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you to send the item back.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
