1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

The wrong item was shipped.
To be eligible:

Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.
2. Non-returnable Items

Bicycles and accessories once assembled or used

Custom orders or special imports

Items returned without proper packaging or signs of usage
3. Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.

Provide order ID, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you to send the item back.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
